SOLIDERS 

OF 

Chaos

Initiate(CSxI): a initiate is a new gamer who has been invited to play and get to know the Chaos Gaming community  at this time the player will decide if Chaos is the right clan for them in a weeks period time.

 

 

Private(CSxP): a private is a gamer who has been accepted in to the fallen community. at this time the private must complete the fallen academy. during this time the private will learn the honor code, respect, sportsmanship, and team work.

 

 

Corporal(CSxC): a Corporal is a sergeant in in training. at this time the Corporal must be a remodel for all Initiates and privates. he or she must report to their sergeants for any questions/events. Corporal is reasonable for help leading in the Chaos academy 

 

 

Sergeant(CSxS) as Sergent you must help your lieutenant and captain with any task they send you to do. Sergents are important to squads they help keep order and push everyone to try harder but better. Sergent keeps everyones Spirits high.

 

 

Second/first lieutenant(CSxL): both Lieutenants must up hold the honor code and help his/her captain with any events/clan activates. he/she has the same reasonably as a Captain but no the glory. Lieutenants can run clan practices but must check in with their Captain first. Lieutenants can also recruit/ read people in.

 

Captain(CSxC): as a Captain you must make sure everyone is following the honor code. also you are the first responder to any questions in or about the clan. Captains must run Practices and keep everyone in their squad on task. Captains help set up squad battles as long as they check in with their Specialist. as Captain you must keep and hold your squad together. A good Captain must possess the following qualities: leadership, the ability to positively reinforce the Chaos infrastructure, sound decision making, and dedication. As a Captain, you will need to evaluate all new initiates and vote on them. The Captain is responsible for promoting his/her own Lieutenant to assist himself/herself. Also the Captain keeps track of squad records and lists by posting the squad list on the 1st and 15th of every month in the officers chat. This includes messaging the squad on squad/clan match results and meeting times. He/she must also ensure that all members follow the honor code, and behave in a professional manner. The Captain will report any infractions directly to his/her General, following the chain of command. The rank structure is there for a reason therefore do not take minor problems to Section Leaders or Division Leaders. A Captain becomes eligible for a promotion by displaying the above qualities and excelling in all his/her job responsibilities. As always, good communication is the key to success.

 

 

 

 

GENERAL (CSxG)

 

 

 

 

Generals are the backbone of Fallen and should be respected by all Chaos members. As a General, he/she is a role model for the Captains and all the members of his/her clan. A General is responsible for running one Chaos clan, overseeing all aspects of his/her clan, as well as helping other clans when needed. As a General, you must promote Captains to assist you in running the clan. Additionally General will be responsible for updating his/her clan list and encouraging all members to utilize the clan’s website. The General must ensure that all members have read and are playing by the Honor Code. In addition, the General is expected to make sure all clan members are familiar with the rank structure and know who the leaders are in the community.

 

 

 

 

Elder(CSxE)

 

 

 

 

Elders are the wises of the clan. elders are expected to meet with his/her clan weekly to discuss clan issues and vote on promotions within the clan. A Elder is responsible for taking care of minor matters within the clan. The Elder is expected to report major infractions directly to his/her Section Leader or Division Leader. A Elder becomes eligible for a promotion by running a successful clan that represents what Chaos stands for. A Elder must display sound judgment and decision making in all aspects of his/her online interaction. As always, good communication is the key to success

 

 

 

 

 

 

SECTION LEADER (CSxS)

 

 

 

 

The Section Leader position comes with many responsibilities, such as being directly responsible for running multiple successful clans. As a Section Leader, you are a role model for all Generals and elders in your section. By accepting the rank of Section Leader, you are making a commitment to be a fair and responsible leader. This includes making yourself available several times a week to solve problems, hold meetings, and hearing new ideas. The Section Leader works closely with his/her Generals and elders to ensure that all members are playing in a professional manner. The Section Leader will be responsible for ensuring that Generals turn in their clan lists on time and are meeting weekly with their clans. The Section Leader must attend one of his/her clan’s meetings per week to ensure participation and share community news. The Section Leader is also a Moderator on the website and is responsible for posting clan news, clan events, and communicating with the clans. Being a Moderator comes with a lot of responsibility. The Section Leader decides what is appropriate and inappropriate and needs to be removed and warn offenders when the forum rules are broken. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Major (CSxM) The Major is required to keep discipline within his/her clans and report any infractions directly to the Division/Community Leaders. The Major is directly responsible for ensuring Generals and elders fulfill all their requirements listed in the Generals/elders rank description. A Major is eligible for a promotion after running and maintaining multiple successful clans that represent what Chaos stands for. A Major must display sound judgment and decision making in all aspects of his/her online interaction. As always, good communication is the key to success.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

DIVISION LEADER (CSxD)

 

 

 

 

Division Leaders oversee and coordinate the Section and Major Leaders. A Division Leader serves as a role model for all Section and Major Leaders and the entire division. As a Division Leader you will be working closely with Community Leaders to make decisions that affect your Division as a whole. A Division Leader must work closely with the Section and major Leaders to oversee all activity within his/her Division, and to ensure that all members are playing in a professional manner that represents Chaos. Communication and decision making are the two most important qualities of a Division Leader. Often you will be pulled in many different directions so it is imperative that you exercise good judgment and patience. A Division Leader will deal with many stressful situations and must be fair but firm, and represent the best that Chaos has to offer. A Division Leader should keep an open line of communication with all the Section Leaders and hold weekly meetings to communicate direction. The Division Leader also has the ability to start new clans. The Division Leaders is also a Super Moderator on the website and is responsible for posting Division news, Division events, and communicating with his/her Division. Being a Super Moderator comes with a lot of responsibility. The Division Leader decides what is appropriate and inappropriate and must remove and ban offenders when forum rules are broken. A Division Leader must display sound judgment and decision making in all aspects of his/her online interaction. As always, good communication is the key to success.

 

 

 

 

 

 

COMMUNITY LEADER (CSxC)

 

 

 

 

Community Leaders are responsible for CHAOS as a whole and all divisions there in. Community Leaders are the role models for the entire CHAOS GAMING family. Community Leaders are responsible for helping the Division Leaders with decisions pertaining to their specific Division in the community. Community Leaders work with the Division Leaders to train and identify new and up coming Leaders. Community Leaders are required to meet with Division Leaders weekly and discuss issues and ideas. . Community Leaders are also Super Moderators/Administrators on the website and are responsible for posting community news, upcoming community events and communicating with the community. Community Leaders decide what is appropriate and inappropriate and must remove and ban offenders when forum rules are broken. THE COUNSEL OF LEADERS (CSxL)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Councel of Leaders is made up of the founding members of Choas. The Council works within a democratic structure voting on what is best for all of Fallen. These ideals keep the community from being about one person’s quest.
